Cancellation policy

These terms apply when you subscribe to the Freshness Desiccant Pack on mypetscare.com.au. They sit alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What you receive

Every 4 months: 1 pack of 10 silica gel sachets.
Every 8 months: 2 packs (20 sachets), shipped together.
Every 12 months: 3 packs (30 sachets), shipped together.

Prices

Every 4 months: $10.49 for your first order, then $13.49 for each delivery after that.
Every 8 months: $19.48 for your first order, then $25.48 for each delivery after that.
Every 12 months: $26.97 for your first order, then $35.97 for each delivery after that.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. The first-order price applies only to the first order of a subscription.

If we ever change the price of your subscription, we'll email you before the new price applies to your next order, so you can skip or cancel first.

Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia is free on subscription orders checked out on their own, or together with other items in an order of $100 or more. If you add a subscription to a smaller order with other items, standard shipping applies to that order and to the subscription's future deliveries, as shown at checkout.

When you're charged

You pay for your first order at checkout. After that, we charge the payment method saved on your subscription on each renewal date (every 4, 8 or 12 months, depending on your plan), then ship your order. Each charge covers one delivery only.

Reminders

We'll email you a reminder before each renewal payment, with a link to manage your subscription.

Skip, pause or cancel anytime

You can skip an order, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, online, without calling us or giving a reason. There's no lock-in contract, no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

Manage your subscription

To stop the next payment, cancel or skip before your renewal date. Cancelling stops all future orders. An order that has already been charged and shipped can't be cancelled, but our Returns & Refunds policy still applies to it.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment doesn't go through, we'll email you and try again a few times. Your order ships once payment is successful. If every attempt fails, the subscription is cancelled and we'll let you know.

Safety

Silica gel is not food. Keep sachets out of reach of pets and children and only place them in the SmartFeed Pro lid compartment. If your pet chews or swallows a sachet, contact your vet.
