Change of mind
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Text us at 0491 692 969 or email mypetscare.ctct@gmail.com with your order number to start one.
Faulty or damaged items
Every connected feeder and camera carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something arrives damaged or stops working, text or email us with your order number and a photo/video of the issue — we'll sort a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
