12-month warranty, every order
Every SmartFeed Pro is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery — including the motor, dispensing mechanism, HD camera, and WiFi module.
What's covered
Faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship: a motor that stops dispensing on schedule, a camera or two-way audio feature that stops working, WiFi connectivity issues caused by a hardware fault, or a water fountain pump that fails under normal use.
What's not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage outside the fountain's intended use, damage from misuse or unauthorised repairs, and cosmetic wear that doesn't affect how the product works.
How to make a warranty claim
Email mypetscare.ctct@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll get back to you with next steps and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Your rights
This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits your right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are faulty, unsafe, or not as described.
