These terms govern your use of mypetscare.com.au and any purchase made through the store. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products & pricing
All prices are listed in AUD. We try to keep product and pricing information accurate but reserve the right to correct errors, and to limit or cancel quantities on any order.
Payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments, PayPal and AfterPay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Shipping & delivery
See our Shipping & Tracking page for current timeframes. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by factors outside our control.
Returns & warranty
See our Returns & Refunds page. All connected devices include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyPetsCare is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
